What does semi-retirement mean? I don’t get it.
There’s a lot of confusion about what semi-retirement means, so that’s the first issue I’ll address.
To me, semi-retirement is about working when I want to and being more selective with the people I see. While I love providing pleasure, the future Leijla Foss will focus on mutual enjoyment during our time together.
So, to help you understand, think of it as ‘part time companionship’. It seems the confusing word is retirement, so I’ll discontinue using that phrase from now on.
Right now, I see part time companionship (for me) as taking one extended date per month. Please note that January and February are already taken, so the next month of 2019 I’ll be available will be March. I won’t be taking any dates in December 2018.
How many dates will you accept?
I’ll be available for up to one date per month next year, so I will have up to 12 dates in 2019.
I won’t tour and I won’t be bundling dates together. Even if I come to a location with more than one interested client, I will only schedule one date.
What will your donation be in 2019 and beyond?
Please see below for my new donation structure beginning in January 2019. I may adjust rates depending on the level of interest I have from new/existing friends
Extended dinner date
Up to 7 hours if including entertainment; can also be a breakfast and/or lunch date
includes at least 1 meal and 7 hours of sleep
Day with Leijla
Daytime hours, includes at least 2 meals
Lots of Leijla
24-hours, appropriate meals
3 days, accommodation not included, not available to new friends
Yes, my rates are higher. However, these rates take the following into consideration:
No matter where in the world you live, my rates will be the same. This seems less confusing and more straightforward than rates plus adding on varying hotel + flight expenses. The flat-rate donation structure will be simpler for everybody.
Outcalls to hotels and upscale homes will be available. No discount will be offered for outcalls.
The skinny: no additional transportation costs, no extra accommodation costs and no extra costs for couples. Flat rates for everybody.
I’ll be reviewing my specials and discounts and editing them as I see fit. Thus, do not assume that all discounts will be valid in 2019.
What is the process for booking a date with you in 2019?
For existing friends, the process of booking a date will be easy. Since you’ve already been screened, simply shoot me an email with when, where and how long you want to meet for. When we come to an agreement, you’ll make a deposit and we’ll proceed as usual with the rest of the donation upon meeting.
The process will be a bit more extensive for new friends.
Step 1: Reach out
New friends will have to be screened, just as I do now. I plan to add a few more questions to my form to further assess our compatibility to see if we’re a good fit.
You’ll also give me a general idea of when, where and how long you’d like to meet. This allows me to see if your timeline fits in my schedule.
Step 2: Schedule a 30-minute video session
To assess the compatibility of new friends, new friends will be scheduling a 30-minute video session with me. This PG-session will help us assess if there’ll be mutual enjoyment upon meeting.
Before the video session, new friends must make a nonrefundable payment of $200 USD to compensate me for my video chat time. This video session isn’t optional or extra; it’s necessary and deducted from the total date package donation of your choice.
Step 3: Finalize our date
I’ll let you know if there was mutual attraction via email. If so, we’ll finalize our meeting date, time and length. Then you can start making dinner or theatre plans and I’ll research flights and hotels.
To confirm the date, clients will make an $800 deposit for me to cover flights/accommodation. The rest of the donation will be due upon meeting.
If there wasn’t chemistry between us after the video chat, our relationship will end with my follow-up email. Your $200 previously paid is non-refundable as it was compensation for my time during the video chat.
Step 4. The big day!
The rest is standard. We’ll meet at an agreed upon date, time and location. You’ll provide the rest of the donation within the first 30 minutes of meeting.
